Overview
AIT Global greatly respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of personal information submitted as part of our membership application and forum alerts subscription opt-in process. This policy describes the type of information collected, its use, and its disclosure for users of this site.

Collection
We collect certain personally identifiable information from members as part of the membership and for forum alerts subscription opt-in procedures. This information is used only for recordkeeping and performance statistics.

Disclosure
Information provided to us will not be shared with or disclosed by us to any third party. Members who include their web site and provide us with their company name voluntarily as part of the membership application will have only their site and company name disclosed to other members. Sponsors will have their company name and website listed (unless they request otherwise). We may have forums and other areas where members can place content. Any personally identifiable information placed by members in those areas is placed at the discretion of the member, and is not bound by this policy.

Certain federal, state, and local regulations may require that we disclose non-public personal information about you. In those circumstances, only the specific information requested by subpoena or court order will be provided to the requesting party, and only for their use.
